The villa is located in Senjak, an exclusive neighborhood of Belgrade, lavished with embassies, diplomatic residences, and mansions. Senjak has beautiful views of surrounding nature and a distinctive atmosphere. Quiet streets weave through its hilly cliff and the areas private gardens provide peaceful beauty to its residents. Sheltered from the noise of the city, yet just 3,5 km from downtown,  Senjak ensures to  its residencies, ambience, comfort along with  every quality of urban life.

Situated in Vase Pelagica Street, near the vacant summer house of Serbian King Peter I, the villa is surrounded with exceptional greenery. There is a small park filled with old trees to its front with its own, and neighboring gardens to the back of the villa.

Conceived with all aspects of contemporary living, two floors of the villa with a garden built by a Russian architect in the 30’s, were renovated to meet all the demands of a modern dwelling.

On the first floor, in an old  salon like stile, but with  modern interior, large  living room is placed as central space for gathering people and  guests by inspiring host.

Dining area with sliding glass panels which provide this space with a views of nature in the garden, transform plain and ordinary everyday experience into extraordinary one. With outdoor terrace   that is designed as an extension of the dining area, access to the garden is provided. Built in wardrobes, library/TV room, contemporary kitchen, and bathroom are also included in this floor.

On the second floor, more intimate area with 4 bedrooms, bathroom with Jacuzzi are placed. Additional space in form of large balcon gallery together with a roof terrace provide a panoramic view on surrounding greenery and panorama of  Belgrade.
